Very similar (but inferior) to her previous book, "It's Not Supposed to be This Way." This book is from a Christian perspective. It is a bit repetitive and seems to be more of a memoir than a self-help book. However, it had some valuable tips and insights on the topic of forgiveness, boundaries and how to move forward.
