Comment
Add a CommentIf you are familiar with the original book, then you need to understand that this is geared for small children and is an extremely abbreviated version. I played the audio book, "Dewey The Small-town Library Cat Who Touched the World" for my daughter when she was around 8 and she loved it. I saw this and got it for her as a follow-up. It was nice to see the illustrations and the text was geared for a young audience.
This story is told from the point of view of Dewey Readmore Books, the library cat. The text does not do the story justice and might have been better told from the point of view of a child in the library.
Lovely children's book great for both librarians and cat lovers
Cute but my daughter didn't find it interesting at all. Probably for older kids?
